It depends on the generation: Gen 3 (2017–2026) takes 22" + 16"; Lagi Best (2012–2016) takes 21" + 17"; Icon EZi (2005–2011) takes 20" + 16". The wiper arm fitting also changed between generations, so check your arm first.

The Perodua Myvi’s wiper arm fitting changed between generations. A blade for the wrong arm will not fit, so look at the end of the arm where the blade clips on.
