This notice explains how SERVAUTO SDN. BHD. (202401012487) (“ServAuto”, “we”), the owner of the DuraFit brand, handles personal data in connection with durafit.my, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no user accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure and produce aggregate traffic statistics.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, workshop name, state and the parts you ask about. We use them to answer you, prepare quotes, arrange supply and handle any after-sales issue. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with ServAuto staff and workshops who need it to serve you, with service providers acting for us (such as hosting and messaging), or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for warranty, accounting or legal reasons.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or ask us to stop using it, by contacting us at the details below. We will reply within 21 days.
