Air filter
The engine air filter cleans the air going into the engine. A clogged one makes the engine work harder for the same air. Replace it at the interval in your service book, and check it more often if you drive on dusty roads or through haze. The DuraFit pack lists Up to 99% Dust Filtration, High Airflow for Engine Performance and Heat & Moisture Resistance.
Cabin filter
The cabin (aircond) filter cleans the air the aircond blows into the car. Replace it at the service-book interval, or sooner if the aircond smells musty or airflow drops. The same DuraFit cabin filter fits the Saga BLM and MC2, the Iriz and the Persona, which makes it an easy part to keep on the shelf for workshops.
Wiper blades
ServAuto fitment records give the same sizes for Sagas from 2008 to 2026: a 22-inch driver blade and a 17-inch passenger blade, on a U-hook arm (DuraFit adapter A). Both DuraFit lines, Silent and Hydrophobic, come in these lengths. See the Proton Saga wiper size page for details.
